1. Personal Data

By placing an order, you agree that we store and use your data in our operations to fulfill and provide the service you expect from us.

2. Payment

Payments are processed via Klarna, PayPal, ShopPay, or credit card.

3. Order Process

3.1 Order Confirmation

Shortly after completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you haven't received anything within 24 hours, please contact our customer service at support@corebyd.com.

3.2 Pre-Orders

Sometimes, items sell out quickly. However, you can still purchase your CORE before it's back in stock through pre-order. This means the factory will produce your CORE on demand. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped directly to you.

3.3 Using a Discount Code

To redeem your discount code, enter it at checkout before completing the shipping and payment details. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Policy

Handling time: Up to 3 days

Delivery time: 8–14 days

We carefully pack each order to ensure safe and secure shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs costs, where applicable, are always included in the shipping cost.

4.3 Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected, a handling fee of 15 € will be charged for the return.

4.4 International Shipping

We ship internationally.

5. Modifying or Cancelling an Order

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel immediately after placing an order, contact us at support@corebyd.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee cancellation. Modifications to size, colour, or products are not possible once an order is placed.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@corebyd.com within the 14-day period.

6.2 Return Condition

We can only accept returns of unused products in their original packaging. You may open the packaging to examine the product. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for this assessment, a depreciation deduction proportional to the reduction in value may be applied.

Examples of excessive handling: visible signs of use (e.g. horse hair or dirt), missing original packaging, or bands that appear to have been mounted.

6.3 Return Process

We kindly ask you to contact us before returning your item.  This helps us process your refund as smoothly as possible. Including photos of the product is appreciated but not a requirement to exercise your right of return.

6.4 Refund

• Unused products in original condition: 100% refund of product value.

• Products showing signs of use beyond normal examination: a depreciation deduction may apply.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

6.5 Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7. Claims & Quality

Quality is central to what we do. If you experience any issue with your product, contact us at support@corebyd.com with as much detail as possible, and we will respond personally and do our best to resolve the situation promptly.

If your package arrives damaged, document it with photos immediately and contact us. We will assist you.

8. Pricing & Promotions

Promotions are time-limited. Prices cannot be adjusted retroactively after an order has been placed.

9. About Us

CORE by D is an exclusively online store. We also attend larger equestrian events, such as Falsterbo Horse Show.

Your horse's welfare and safety are always the rider's responsibility. We recommend introducing CORE by D gradually and using it with sound judgement, in accordance with your horse's experience, age, and training level.
